Fried Chicken The Troublemaker
Loud on the outside, vanilla on the inside — and yes, the bone's chocolate. People don't believe it until they're holding it. Then they still don't.

A frozen dessert company that makes things you wouldn't guess are frozen desserts. Well — they are, and they're in a store near you.
We got bored waiting for the freezer aisle to get interesting, and so did our partners.

Getting something to stay crisp at below zero is apparently a real engineering problem. We know that intimately now. It took a silly number of tries to get that perfect fried-chicken crunch.

No shrinking allowed. The drumstick keeps its joint, the peach keeps its weight, the mango keeps its size — every millimeter argued over, every silhouette true to the fruit.

If the blush is off-center, it's scrapped. If the crunch dulls, it's scrapped. We wrote rules for things nobody inspects, because we're the ones who can't stop looking.
